Hi everyone....

Good to see you all making an early start!

I applied this year for the PGPX at IIMA and was shortlisted for the interview but unfortunately didn't make it finally.

My profile:

GMAT - 740
W Ex - 6.5 years

Have applied to ISB as well. Am happy to share my experience.

All the best!

Thanx Ricky for the inputs. Can you access the reason why you were not selected? Atleast for me, your experience level and you GMAT score are well above standards.

as more and more people join in, we will create a mess with discussions and stuff in the same thread and vital information posted for PGPEX will be lost.

I got this idea from Sandy too, but I told him that my threads were getting locked. But since two people request the same, I think it should be a valid one.

Hence I have started a new thread :

http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/gmat-a...ay-2006-a.html

Please henceforward post all GMAT related queries here only.

Let the original thread remain for PGPEX related talks.

thanks and wishing you all the best in your respective endeavours.

Vivek

Hi Ricky

Your profile would be more complete if you could give some information on your work type, education, extra curries .......

But looking at you, I get the jitters,

Moi, only 4.5 years work ex and I hope atleast to get 700 in GMAT.

Extra curr - Good

Work ex- 6.5 years out of which the last two have been spent in a senior managerial role in a leading multinational ( non IT)

Yes Vivek ,missed on mentioning my profile in a hurry. Thanks
GMAT : Yet to take
Work ex :Industry (Banking/IT)
around 4.5 yrs as of date(currently working in Dubai in a bank as a Business Analyst)
Acads: average
Extra currics : so so..I'm planning to apply for the next years ISB as well . I feel that the dates would clash between IIMC and the other two. Can somebody suggest me on this?
