This was a crazy week. Enough assignments, exams and work was thrown our way to make the regular tough weeks look wimpy in comparison. I guess its not the academic work that is getting more tough, its just that you have the new issue of work/summers and employmer information sessions that take up so much more of your time.
Exams are scheduled to start from next week and voila .. it just gets crazier
A couple of days ago, my day started at around 8AM to get to school, then school, some extra conferences and classes later I returned back to my friends place at 11 PM to get started on a finance assingment due early morning at 8. So we worked through that until 3.30 AM .. and then i headed out home. Then got some work done at the PG HQ, then some more work done for the class and voila it was 7 AM already. I slept for a couple of hours, was not in a position to attend the first lecture and made it to class at 10.30 AM for another day at Wharton
The data nugget for the week - I slept at an EIS today
That said, i am seriously considering doing some whacky stuff for my summers. Something that'd excite me enough and the regular stuff here just wont cut it for me.
I'll sleep over the idea and figure out what needs to be done. On the other hand my learning team members have made it their agenda to ensure that I show up at all parties and um.. <cough> learn to have more fun. Beat that
Saturday, I hope the weather remains nice and pleasant.. so that I can finally make that leap

. All the best to the folks who've submitted an app to Wharton. May the adcom be with you
