Opinion on NUS and NTU Prospects - 28-06-2006, 09:56 AM

Hi
I am a s/w engineer from India with 3.5 yrs of experience. I foresee a career in IT industry (business development, IT sales etc) and do not have intentions to switch the field. I have heard a good deal about NUS and NTU being best colleges in the region. I have the following qn.
I see a good no of Indians in NUS/NTU. Still I want to know if the courses were very much Asia-pacific oriented or caters to International needs? And does it add value to a person like me who see a future in Indian IT industry? I do not mind working in Singapore for few yrs after the study to gain broad and varied experience but I intend to work for an Indian firm (location does not matter) in long term.
How about the faculty and peers? Is it all Asia-pacific driven culture?
Based on your inputs, I will analyze my fit to the MBA program of NUS/NTU.

Thanks
Venkatraman.
