I'm aiming for a 1 year MBA from ISB. I'm yet to give my GMAT, which is scheduled for 15th November.

My profile is:
2 years work ex in banking
Acads - average / good

Q1. I would really appreciate if someone can help me regarding what is the kind of score is expected in GMAT to get a shot at ISB.

Q2. Are there any other colleges which offer a 1 year MBA course by accepting the GMAT score? I'm unsure of MDI & SP Jain. Can someone please throw somoe light on this? In case there are other colleges, what kind of scores are accepted.

Hi,

I am Vignesh, I have 2 years 2 months exp in Marketing and Sales in Construction and Equipment in L and T. And I have handled various Projects effectively And now I am managing 3 people under me for the past 6 months. I am yet to give my GMAT. Planning to give by December So that I can join in ISB for 2010 Batch. My Acad scores are:

X Std: 92.2%
XII Std:91%
B.Tech: 74%

Extra Curricular Activities: Have chosen a child and am sponsoring for her education for the past 6 months.
Have been as a volunteer in arranging for Placements in my college and Have been selected for District Level Cricket (Dont have proof for this! :()
have been as a ASPL in my School days.

What are my chances for getting into ISB?
What is the expected GMAT Score for me?
How should I improve my chances?

Does ISB conduct interviews in Mumbai? Or are Mumbai applicants expected to interview in Hyderabad?
