well work ex is very imp as top b-schools in US and UK dont admit students without a minimum amount of workex..........as far as MS is concerned if u have gud acads and relevant work-ex......u will surely get aid in the form of assistantship....................i m myself going that route........but b sure to find out which schools have the funds in the departments u r going to study in.......coz that is the money that u r gonna get...............
best of luck

My Question - 02-02-2006, 09:54 PM

Most of the US top15 (BW) b-schools have a no co-signer guaranteed loan option.
From my understanding, the b-school would put this loan as the source of funding in the I-20.
Do I still have to have financial statements which ceritfy liquid cash for the 1st yr of the program and availability of funds for the second year?
My question is if I avail of the loan how do I justify my funding in the Visa interview? Do I still have to have a plan of repayment of loan ready with me (not consider a post-mba job)?

For scholarships ..no doubt US is the best bet...............and this is bcoz of the millions of dollrs or funding the universities get from everywhere..............

as per the specific universities..........give ur profile....and what u wanna study...........
that wud give a fair idea and make it easier to predict.........
