Duke University requires that all entering students provide
evidence of successful completion of at least one calculus course
with a passing grade prior to matriculation.

This is what is written in the instrcutions ... when i downloaded the instruction form....
Sorry guys... i dont have this requirement does this mean that i cant apply.... please confirm .. want an opinion before i go ahead with the application... for fuqua....

No need to fill up the transcript request form. Send ur transcripts if they are already with u in a sealed envelope.

I had the same doubt ...wrote to the adcom and this is what they said.

Dude ... as far as i know ... most of the univs say this ..

"Though we strongly encourage you to include the transcript request form along with your transcripts, this is not compulsory"

I guess they find it useful .. bcos on the transcript request form they ask your registrar to explain your college's grading system ... and also .. ask about your rank in class.

List any math course that you have done in college in which you might have touched upon calculus. You could probably call one of the admissions officers and confirm whether the math courses that you have would cover this requirement.

Also, if you have not taken such a course ... they give you the option of saying that you would complete this course before you join .... (if admitted). So you could probably say that you would do a course ...... to cover thsi requirement. (Tho im not sure how you can do that here in india)
