| Taking the GMAT? Pls advise -

Hi,
I am currently into my final year of computer engg at IIT, and preparing for CAT. Just recently, I've been interested in knowing about GMAT, but have very littel idea about the same. Request sum1 to kindly advise....
1. Firstly, I believe that i am quite late on this, but pls tell me precisely as to how late am I exactly, and when do we actually have to give GMAT?
2. Is GMAT preparation a complete subset of CAT prepn? Because i wud not like to sacrifice on my CAT prepn.
3. Finance - what is the fee for an above average B-school in the US or UK or elsewhere, which considers GMAT for admission? Pls name a few such schools and their location.
4. What exactly is the average scholarship offered (in the above colleges) and on what grounds?
Pls enlighten!
