Is Wordlist Required for GMAT - 19-04-2005, 08:12 PM

Hi Guys,

From all thos eguys who have given GMAT, I would like to know if you need to learn the wordlist for a GMAT exam. This questions crops up from my GRE experience where learning Wordlist is a must but does the same hold good for GMAT ???

More reason i ask this is bcos I do not know whether in RC, they put in high-fi words or are they day to day words.

Regards
Sumit

Nope, no need for a word list to tackle the GMAT. Its based more on comprehension and inference.

Hey Sumit,

I guess the word list is not reqd..

It seems that you are also in the early stages of GMAt prep.

So lets share some findings that we have..

Cheers
Good luck

Dee

Hi All,

1. Do RC's have high vocab words ?

2. Does using such hi-fi words make ur essay more creditable ? Or does making it simple with examples help more.

Thanks
Sumit
