Hey Pushkar,
Thats a good profile have to say.
LBS : Since you re with a telecom company, I presume you don 't work on a financial product. Without formal education in Fin or Ecnms, more importantly working on fin, its very difficult to get in. One of the key requirements of the course is "having done enough financial transactions to understand the advanced teaching techniques employed by the school". Give it try, they give a lot of respect for IIT.
LSE : You would have a very good chance. Though the school loves its own breeds from Fin / Econ, the much awaited Msc Fin is for "highl level graduates from varied discipline". Having said that, the first batch currently on has only about 2-3 % outside Fi'/ Ecn/ mgmt background.
Try the Oxford MFE. Its much more diverse in the intake, more applied towards functional finance and half the class has no prior training in finance. You would have a very decent shot and should be very surprised if you dont make the cut.
Job Prospects, well it depends on how the markets fare over the year. But these are decent colleges and things could only get better after college. These are the best for Finance:
LBS, LSE ,OXbridge - The best in Europe.
Imperial, Warwick - Very much respected and next to the big 4.
Cass - Gaing very quickly. Next to the top 5. Very strong links with the city firms, especially the IBs
Hope it helps.
