Mumbaities giving Gmat in July/Aug 08

Hi Guys,
I recently got into this site 4shared.com,There i found out there are couple of GMAT Materials available.Mostly the cd test versions like Kaplan,Princeton,IMS Max GMAT Prep are available.Most of the files are in .nrg format which you can burn it into your cd if you have Nero Softwares or else you can mount it as a Virtual cd in your Comp using Poweriso or Alcohol Software.Regarding Books beware of pdfs with tags like OG 11th Edition,Dont Download bcos its mostly 1O th Edition.So save your Download time.It also has some couple of Other xyz Gmat stuffs....its upto you to decide..Hope this is Useful.Guys if you know any other sites for sharing &Downloading Gmat Materials Do let me know.

Hi Raju,

I spoke to a representative from TIME regarding the GMAT and she mentioned about a batch starting at Dadar in the 2nd week of June.Just wanted to ask you as to whether you checked about the IMS GMAT classes.do you have an idea which is better in terms of all parameters.Just a bit confused abt TIME since its pretty new to the GMAT training.

Would really appreciate your 2 cents on this.

hey Ankit ... I havent bought KAplan yet but studying thru the OG11 for now ... u thk the level of difficulty asked in actual gmat is better in Kaplan than OG ?

Yes IMS Is starting a batch this weekend for GMAT ... I thk IMS is a better option than TIME since I found the faculty frm a better bckgrnd in ims ..

BTW I have registered for gmat in sep ..when shd i take my tofel date ... any suggestions for me? Plz Help

sorry for the late re..
I havnt gotten Og as yet...will be gettin tht this Saturday..
As far as Kaplan is concerned.. Kaplan Premier seems gud to begin with..
Kaplan Verbal takes it to the next level..
Infact I found The RC's of Kaplan Verbal pretty tough to crack..

Also regardin the ims class..
I had attended this seminar frm Ims.. i dint the guys to b really tht gr8 with regards to counsellin.. not sure abt their faculty though...

Does ne one hav ne idea abt classes which conduct only test series...i wntd to simulate the actual tst environment ...

i have bukd 14th aug 5:30 slot for d test. Only 7th & 14th Aug were available at the said slot. Nothing else is available in mumbai.
Those who have nt bukd their date till nw, better do so asap.

Hi,
The study Material alone:Rs 7k
The Class room program-Rs 24k
The Counselling alone-Rs 20k
Class room+Counselling-Rs30k
GMAT+CAT+Counselling-Rs 40k
This is the latest detail i got from IMS SION Branch,Hope this applies to pan India.The Counselling mentioned above is actually the help they provide to apply for US Colleges incl essays et al.
