Importance of Educational Background - 02-04-2008, 05:52 PM

Hi,

I am new member on PG. I went through lots of thread and found it to be extremely useful for my GMAT prep. I have just started.

I am an IT professional with allmost 4 yrs of exp in an reputated MNC.

Educational background

10+2 in 1996 from Sainik school Tilaiya
BA Maths Hons 2000 from DU
and MCA 2004 from GGSIPU Delhi

Not impressive, not very good marks in +2 and Hons, Gaps in education too. thats my cause of worry.

What chances can I fency for my selection with this background in good BS.

Can someone guide me through with the impact this will have in final selection specialy in ISB?
Thanks in advance
