Need Gmat Study Partner

Hello Guys.. I am sumit from delhi. My Profile:

BE in Comp..
Work ex 44 Months in ITsector.

I have scheduled my GMAT in September first week. I have already started my prep and am looking for a study partner. Anyone interested in group study, exchange notes, discussing prep plan is most welcome. Please post your reply here or send me a message and then we can plan together.....

hi sumit congrats you have just crossed the first hurdle by bookin a date for GMAT
and as far as studies are concerned i think they can be done best when you know what are your weak areas and target them.So a partner will be of no help as you both may or may not have same strong and weak points.
after you are done with GMAT you can form a group where other ppl can help you or guide you in refining essays.Hope this helps

P.S. I am from gurgaon so after GMAT we can help each other in Apping and other stuff

Hi Sathya n others fello pagals,

I am also from Chennai and planning to give GMAT this year. I have 2 yrs of exp.
I am new to pagalguy and so wanted to know a couple of things.
1. I am planning to give GMAT in aug 2008. Is that too late if I am planning to join in some US B school by 2009 fall ?
2. I started preparations 1 week ago with Kaplan Premier program 2008. OG 11th edn is also something I am planning to follow. Is that a good choice ?

I m ruby wid 2.5 yrs exp, putting up in delhi , planning to write gmat in july end........
it wld actually be gr8 if v can spc noida/g noida guys spc can get together n discuss ..........

Sure mate.... you are most welcome... By the way when are u appearing for GMAT? AFA studies are concerned , it solely depend upon person to person.. one may like to study in grp another alone.. tc

right now i am prep for GMAt and collectin info from seniors ans websites
plannning to appear in aug then again in sep (i always mess up things first time)
what about you. I guess we should start prep essays i mean the draft versions atleast
so that we dont get late. By the way is there any GMAT study grp in gurgaon?

HI Guys I have already appeared and got a great score. My suggestion

1 Princeton
2 Kaplan Verbal
3 Kaplan
4 OG verbal
5 OG

We were a group of three who followed these books all of us scored more than 730.

I guess atime of three months should be fine best of luck....But remember GMAT is just one hurdle you really need o put a lot in ur essays ..
