How to be fast?

Hello All! I'm vignesh, s/w prof from chennai. Ive been reading pg forum for a while. I have an issue with GMAT tests. So guys, pls help me with this.

After 2 months prep, i took kaplan fulllength test #1 today.
The score was a disappointing 560. Its not that I didnt prepare well, its just that I take too much time!! Even during timed practice sessions, I find myself cramped timewise.. especially in CR and RC.

I'm aware of the CR and RC strategies.. but I just take too much time. If i take my own good time (about 4/5 mins per ques) then im able to achieve 99% accuracy.

Ive done, Princeton Review, Kaplan prem ed fully. OG 11 in progress.
Once im confident ill move to kaplan 800. The good thing is i got about 1.5 months to go.

So please give me ur suggestions to improve my pace. thanks
