Is this the one everyone seems to be talking about??

Also how many times can I give the GmatPrep exam. It contains two CATs but I have heard if you reset the tests you can give 2 more without repeats. Is that correct? I don't want to finish the tests now to find out later I have nothing else to do before test day. Please reply.

Yes Powerpreps are older versions of Gpreps or rather older GMAT exam.

and yes GPrep contains only 2 tests. Reinstalling once is fine i guess but nevertheless you will encounter few questions repeated . Use Gprep very selectively to gauge your preparation.

Good Luck

Shivani..

Yes the prac qns in OG11 are in increasing order of difficulty. You will face some real good qns only in the end of each section. Quant sucks big time though.

Hi guys,

Please give your suggestions.
I took a paper based gmac test and I got about 600. I have my exam in 12 days. My low hit rates (Raw correct answers) are 36% in SC and 60% in RC.
I am in a dilemma to whether postpone my exam or not.

Thanks.

Any problem if I appear after in Nov..when I feel like I am well prepared..
Please help me..
advantage of giving GMAT in jul/aug is that u can then apply for ISB in Round 1 (deadline in september) they also hav round 2 with deadline in dec but people say chances in round 1 are better. Also if one gives gmat in jul aug, then one can hav ample time for foreign b-school search

Dude..take CAT(comp based Adaptive tests)..the performance in adaptive tests are altogether different than a paper based test. You have those 2 Gprep tests. May be you can use one now and second on two days before your exam. Check for yourself where you stand. Write it very seriously. GPrep is the only test you can compare with actual standards of GMAT.

On the other hand if you are really lacking in SC and RC, its not late either. Redo the entire OG 10,11 and pay attention to the mistakes you are making. Practice as many questions as you can. Hope you are doing well in quant.

Thats all i can infer from your post. Any other deduction would be out of scope (obsessed with CR's..duh)

All the best. Believe in yourself.

Neo
