You have to do a better analysis than that to help yourself. If I were you I woudn't fret too much over the low Kaplan Score. Yes, The GMATPrep is a good indicator of your chances on the real GMAT. I will suggest you analyse what sections you need to work on. Though its true that for most people, the time spent on Sentence Correction is the most productive, @ 610 you may have other areas where you can easily improve such as Problem solving and Critical Reasoning.
And for the time being avoid 1000 SC and 1000 CR, they are good but only if you are already in the 700+ league. Stick with the basics , do OG 11 and if you have more time do OG 10 or the OG Supplements.

First things first, take an appointment(if u haven't already). Its very important to book your GMAT date to add the all important 'seriousness' factor to ur preps. Also August is usally full with a lot of ppl taking their GMATs in this month.
Now coming back to maths, Go through all the Fundamentals explained in OG 11. Now if u haven't been good @ maths in skool, or been out of touch for too long, it won't be of much use. Except that the topics covered in OG11 more or less indicate the areas you will be tested on. Pick up a class 9th or 10th maths textbook and go through all the theory(in OG11) in detail and do some practice problems. You can search wikipedia for some of these concepts if u are moderately good with maths, and avoid going back to school textbooks.
Once you are confident of the theory involved, start with OG 11. Identify the areas where you dont have a clue of what's going on and then work on them. At the same time keep strengthening ur areas of expertise. Problem Solving will be a better section to start with , and you can start with DS , once u are confident of all the basic concepts and skills.
Hope this helps
Cheers !
