Hello Guys,

This is my first post here. I am based in Hyd and am planning to apply to US B school, Fall 09. I would like to know if any of you would be interested in starting a study group to ace the devil GMAT..I was twice bitten by it before and would love to attack it like the lions attack in packs

Let me know if you are interested!

Hi Everyone,

I am an IT professional from Mumbai working in a startup. I gave my GMAT and scored 650/5.0. Before I can even start applying, I have a big time concern for my GPA since I screwed real bad in my engineering. I am a Computer Engineer from PEC, Chandigarh, 2006 batch.

I have had a rewarding career in the last 2+ years of work ex I have had, with becoming Employee of the month twice and Best Employee of the Year, 2007 awards coming my way. My career in college was also pretty sound with me heading at least three organizations by the 4th year.

HOwever GPA is my only concern(59.07%). ..where to know from as to which universities are suitable to me..?

Although I am giving GMAT again..

Aiming to "Fall" in 2009

Thanks!

Hi Ravi..im in

Stern and Duke will be a good choice, esp. if u r lookin @ fin jobs(not sure how many fin jobs will remain 2 yrs down the line)... for wharton and chi .. ur exp may be on the lower side... unless u have great career progression to show and major impact on work. Haas likes ppl with academic/tech bent of mind.

Hi Friends,

Took my GMAT and ended up with a score of 740. But my AWA score is an average 4.0. I did research to find out how much important are the AWA scores. I got the feedback that anything 4 and above is fine. Friends I need your suggestion. Do I need to take the test again? I am planning to join only top mba programs.
