Needless to say, that the role of PG in this success has been tremendous.
When I started my GMAT preps in late Jan, I almost didn't know anything abt GMAT... It was then that I landed up on PG and since then I've come addicted to it.. (Even before signing up..)

Special thanks to Pscyhodementia and Keya.. While PsychoD's magic thread "Countdown to MBA" told me all the basics abt GMAT, Keya's "cracked it" is almost a bible to a magic score....

( yes, there are many more people in the list, but can't remember the names right now )

I would like to know the prep approach you took, as to which books for Verbal and Quant? Also is an external tutor required in the prep?
What would you suggest as the ideal time frame for preparation?

External tutor... I dont think that there's any need for that..Enough material is available on net.. Join som active forums; that shud b enuf..
IMO,Two and a half months are sufficient for preps..
