oh yeah
by the way
content , the pool of questons are also different in each of these CAT.

POWER Prep has OG11 overlap ( mostly)
thats the important info one should keep in his mind

while GMATprep might have OG11 items but they are on practise sessions.
you wont find them in C A T

having said that.

i would say both C A Ts combined becomes four C A TS
ir GMAT Prep I
GMATPrep II
POWER Prep I
POWER Prep II
have maximum no. of items ( read : pool of questions at stalk) that a C A T can offer.
just go for all four test since they are the best indicator of your real GNAT tests.

Re: My countdown begins... - 11-12-2006, 11:43 PM

i am sorry i have bandwidth restrictions.
i cant upload.

i think this place is such a huge it has to here somewhere.

Neo 2000 might be knowing.
though i searched in GMAT material sticky section...
it was not there.

though you can get GMAT prep online from the official resources.
completely authentic, check this out.

and as far POWER Prep goes which is not available anymore at official site,
some of ol people had downloaded it last year (like me )

but as i said i hv bandwidth problem so i cannot upload the 9.3MB stuff.
i know i promised in post# 19 but i cant.
you might have to download it from some other sites like
Beat The GMAT! Forum :: Index
if we do not have it here on pg.

Hi,

I have the gmatprep setup...will upload it on esnips if anybody wants it.
Also, will soon get a copy of the powerprep cd from a friend.

1. How many tests are there in both of these?
2. Is it true, that everytime u re-install the software it will give u new tests??

Cheers.

Re: My countdown begins... - 12-12-2006, 09:41 PM

my experience with etspowerprep has been like this. I installed it and gave the first test. But i avoid reviewing the test immediately lest i want to give it again. when i gave the same test again, i had about 33-34 questions same, but there were clearly about 3 or 4 questions that appeared out of nowhere. My guess is the installation has a common databank of questions and while you may see new questions (1 or 2 or 3) appearing when u retake the test....this trend stops after the retake...ie. all questions are exhausted....so the magic number is 2....try each test at least twice.
perhaps others may have had a diff experience.
cheers
