the venue and timings is been decided already.
Anyway i am repeating it just to make sure nobody misses this one.

How to reach to the place?
For people new to Mumbai, Train is the best option, since it is less confusing.
Bandra is one of the biggest railway stations in Western railway. and therefore
all local trains halt there.
All stations in Mumbai Local railway network follow a common code.
Platform no.s always starts from the west side.
so if you are standing on platform #1 you are on west side.
& if you are at say on platform # 4 you are on east side.
so reach bandra rly stn @ platform #1. and head to our decided place (which is not fixed as yet)
if you wish to come by bus from eastern side like Nashik or Pune.
go for Sion.
the Long distance buses halt there.
and catch any BEST bus going to Bandra station. they all go to west side...so no confusion.

I dont remember other.
but its not difficult for strangers in the city.
people here are very helpful.
If you miss Sion.
go to Dadar and come by local train.
prefer to travel in slow trains since they usually are less crowded.

If its near railway station then lets fix this place.
