First of all - which software is this??? Dont go by the scores of both Princeton and Kaplan. For all that i know, Q50, V38 is not gonna be 38. It will be more than 720 atleast. Princeton guys supposedly lost their mind when they made their scoring formula. And Kaplan guys give u very difficult Questions in their tests. If this is in Princeton - u must be scoring more on the real GMAT. If this is the Kaplan test, you are doing well really. If this is something else - i've no clue.
You cannot kill GMAT verbal unless you have been really proficient in the American way of English, since child hood days. The comparitively lesser scores-to-percentile mapping explains this clearly. So dont worry about getting wrong answers in Verbal. It is bound to happen, despite our best efforts.
Verbal was my poor area too. I was hardly able to cross 35 early on. I dint do the marathon 1000 SCs as many others did, but if u have the time, i'd advice you to use that anyway. But you have mentioned that your weakest area is RC. This is good news coz RC is simple to master - all you need is to show a bit more concentration. For every Q, re read the corresponding section in the given paragraph and you must be okay.
If you havent done this already, download the GMAT prep software and take the first test. That will be the closest estimate to your score. It might still be skewed coz u have finished the OGs and you'll see questions from these books. But take this test anyway. Your score will be higher than what the pundits might agree.
Let us know once u r done with it.
But still - Q50, V38 is never gonna be 38 dood. Dont worry. For all that i see, you are doing well in V. Just keep at it.
