There is no direct coorelation between GMAT score and scholarships. Scholarships depend on a host of factors - your GMAT score, your overall application, your financial needs (in exceptional cases) and also on the extent to which the school wants to take you in.
Usually the top schools offer little or no scholarships at all and the scholarship amount can increase if you apply to lower ranked schools.
