The problem is not with your GMAT scores - which I think are definitely decent. But more to do with the capitalistic nature of any MBA program

Why would I need to pay you money to do a course after which you are not going to tend sick people or help poor people? Why would you want to pay for a course after which you are anyway going to churn money by the tons (atleast hope to) by being an Ibanker or MC? So most Univs don't have a grant (like they do for Phd courses) for scholarships.
However, as is the norm anywhere, they are desperate to attract meritorious students, and hence give partial aid (upto about 20% of the tuition fees). This still would fall short of the full monty - total tuition waiver + stipend to meet living costs. So my take is - do not get into the MBA application process with a thoughts of a full ride.
Having said that, there are cases where students get a full-ride, and yes a great GMAT score definitely goes a long way in ensuring you get one. Some like Senapati ->
http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/member...ati-44787.html from this forum, who got a full ride at CMU. But again, thats a long shot and one's MBA aspirations cannot be held ransom to such a conceited goal
Hope this helps,
Arun
