Frankly speaking, it will be very very tight..U will have just a month for applications... I wouldnt have been able to manage...

Regd 1 yr exp: I am will be completing 3 yrs by Aug 08. and I am myself wondering whether this experience is less. So really cant help u in this aspect ??:

This will help to improve your verbal score......

Hey hi..

I am presently a final year cse student .I have bagged a job offer from Microsoft India and will be joining them in Hyderabad next summers in 2008.

It's like, I am pretty much sure tat i would like to do an mba from either isb or from abroad , say 3-4 years from now.
As, I am in the final year and am not having much to study, so I thought of giving the gmat nowitself say in next 3-4 months after prep.
I know tat the gmat score is valid for 5 years, but i have also heard from some unreliable sources tat the value of the score depreciates after the initial 1-2 years.

Is it true?
Can someone please please help me on dis issue. I would be highly grateful.

Hi Guys,

I have a small problem here. I have given GMAT once on June 2nd this year (620). I have decided to give it a shot again in November. Sadly, I have a decent memory and remember the answers of most of the questions from OG, Kaplan. So I got other stuff from this great site like Manhattan which should be enough for practising CR, SC and RC (please confirm if that is wrong).

But my main concern is, I have solved tests fom Kaplan, Princeton and GMATprep last time and I would remember the questions (more importantly, answers) on those as well. Are there any more resources for tests other than the ones mentioned above? If yes, please let me know what and where would I get them from.

Looking forward to some great tips from all you GMAT gurus.

a very generic query from me regarding GMAT.

i heard that the GMAT scores are valid for 5 years after the candidate has answered the test. so does this mean that with a score of 700+, i apply to say ISB this year, and if i don't make it, can i apply with the same score again, next year to ISB?

While its valid for 5years, most schools prefer a score that's less than 2yrs or thereabouts. I'm not sure abt ISB so you'll have to check with them.

is this "inside" news from admissions committe or something?

Most of the B school websites mention 5 years validity for GMAT scores.
