No I dont think you need to drop your ISB dreams just because your score is less than the ISB avg (From your post it appears so, I dont know the avg GMAT of ISB). As all the BSchools say, dont look @ their avg GMAT, look at the middle 80% range. And as a rule of thumb, if your score is 50 points less than the lower end of the 80% range, then you need to have a stellar application to make it through - be it yrs of exp, non-traditional industry, recos, CS etc etc etc...
So once again, it all depends upon your overall profile.

And oh ya, ur 10th and 12th marks wont matter. Infact even when u talk abt your ECs, try not to mention the ones you engaged in 10th n 12th, 'cuz its interpreted as lack of things to talk abt post-school.
