Rescheduling Fee

Fee payments for rescheduling test appointments in 2005 will not be charged, for the remainder of 2005, providing the test is rescheduled at least seven (7) or more calendar days before your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule your test within less than seven (7) calendar days of your scheduled appointment you will be charged the entire test scheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is subject to change without notice.

So if someone wants to Reschedule -- You can do it for free for rest of '05.
