@ Tank -- when all did you write the GMAT this year-- months. (someone tells me that the real exam is getting tougher.. way tougher than GP releases and even Kaplan tests)
@Ashna- I will add in to what Tank has said
1) search for ISB on PG-- threads have discussed it threadbare (pun intended) -- ISB v/s Said ; ISB v/s Yale - ISB for people who deserve better .......
2) For the GMAT coaching- look at the Education Supplements and Sunday papers, you will see multiple adverts. Call ALL of them to understand the costs ( not capabilities - remember they are Dilliwallahs and will all go for an overkill on sales) - pick up centres you can easily go to.
Then ask to attend a free class. Make up your mind according to the stuff in the instructors who teache (some franchisees have instructors who have mugged up the notes) and how the batch responds.
3) You may want to connect with some in the ISB who have been admitted to 2009 batch. Call Hyderabad.
4) Finally questions like 'is my profile a fit for ISB?' will get answered if you compare what you have studied (colleges and subjects - scores do not matter unless you were a valedictorian), where you have worked (industry, company as compared to where most of the current and past batch was), others to my mind don't really matter ...
5) Again - ISB has one of the more efficient on-boarding teams I have spoken with -- call their admissions office.
