I'm planning for my GMAT somewhere in late Jan / early Feb 2006. Is there anyone out there who's planning to take the GMAT at the same time? It'll be great to co-ordinate / discuss / share / ...

About the GMAT mat - I've already purchased the Kaplan 2006 Comprehensive. Though, I was wondering if anyone has had positive / negative experience with the IMS Max GMAT (Rs. 3500) course material. It'll be great if you can share your experiences here.

Is there another Gmat Club meeting planned? I'll be more than willing to attend, provided it's on a weekend!

Must say, it's great to know there's a Mumbai Gmat group alive and kicking!

It'll be great if you can share your experiences here. ---->simple ims material is again so so as far as the gmat is concerned on the whole, it does satisfy the quant gmat benchmark but not verbal.

Here's a bit about my profile: I've been in the IT industry for the past 2 years. I've done my Masters in Comp Sc from Mumbai. I've been having the MBA-itch ever since, and here I am, at the first step of this journey. I'm hoping we have a meet soon and am able to meet some you people there.

As far as my GMAT prep goes, you can say I'm a newbie and have just started flipping the pages of Kaplan 2006. Though, I've been through similar competitive exams before.

umm i must admit that off late i have been very busy with other stuff off late and hence have not been able to post..not to mention about ma gmat prep..which is currently on a downhill progress track.

reagrding the meet how about next to this weekend sunday @bandra mocha/barista(mount merry) around 4:30 pm..?!

you need to mail me (you have ma address by now) or sms me by saturday..meet will happen only if there are minium 4 attendants

clusterstone: nice to know about your background..! "Though, I've been through similar competitive exams before." so are you telling us that you have given cat if not than which exams have ya been through..pal..?!

hey, isn`t this sunday, 20th nov, the day of CAT exam?? i dont really remember the timing though, what time is it at? is it feasible for junta to finish cat and come for the meet? yeah yeah, i`m taking the CAT, and i cant remember the date and timing, neither do i know my test center, i`m so irresponsible, blah blah...i get that a lot! anyways drunk, if the CAT timing permits, count me in. i guess there were a few ladies in the gang who were onto cat, what abt them? lemme know.
