Re: About AWA topics - 25-10-2005, 07:28 PM

hey rama,
Hi DJ,

Sorry for the late reply. I was tied up with work .

umm lucky you that you did get one of the topics from the listed pdf files ..btw how much did ya score on the gmat..?!

Lucky me...yeah, but unfortunately I hadnt looked at those AWA topics. . I got 600 (Q-43; V-30; AWA-5.0)

btw from where did you prepare for the awa section..can you list the books plz..?!
I didnt do any special preparation for AWA. I'd just looked into the "how to crack the analytical section" chapter from Kaplan's book. I have only that section's photocopy with me. Thats all. And ofcourse, I'd practiced writing about 2-3.

To be very honest, I ws a bit under-prepared when I gave the test. (Bit lazy in preparing ) Nonetheless, I'm pretty happy with my AWA score , given the amount of preparation (read: non-preparation) I'd done.

-Rama.

Approvals and celebrations will rarely surround your inner decisions and choices to follow Personal Truth. You will be challenged and taunted: “Who do you think you are, anyways?” And, indeed, through your choices and decisions, that is precisely the question you are answering–to yourself.
