as per my xperience the only way to improve ur reading speed is try to read s musch s possible...der r diff books on speed reding..i tried everything...expanding viison etc...but in the end i read many book, news papers etc...so by reading more nd more...i increased my speed from 160 to 380 words.....reading shud b comfortable ..which is very imp..tat means the matter shud clearly go into ur mind..for xample i can read at 5oo words but then...i cudnt understand tat clearly...

All that i have said about CAT
