yaar the full version is not available without purchase. The demo is there but its limited to 25 words only. The only good thing about it that it has a screensaver filled with words and their meanings. So u can glance at the words when the screen saver runs.

there are many other good softwares which u can use.

hi dude,
i think Hindu is good for improving vocab.Well i m a newbie in the CAT foray and for past 6 months i m reading hindu.......here r few points i would like to make for THE hindu

1. For a tyro, hindu is toooo boring. the reason ....u wont find some catchy editorial to read. most of the editorials will be full of facts and figure and deal with subjects that we r rarely concerned abt....like international politics, government schemes, etc.
so it will take a while for new reader to digest it. but as u read on regular basis it will ger addicted to it.

2. On sunday, one supplement called hindu magzines comes along which is worth reading
U will surely find any article of ur interest.

3. On tuesdays comes a clumn 'know ur english'

4. Its awesome to find how perspicacious r the readers of the newspaper. there is a saperate column for reader's responses.

hope u got some insights.....well it was my first scrap (oops ye orkut bhi naa )post.

One common confusion:

What's the difference between advice and advise

advice is noun and advise is verb

how to remember-- c and n come first than s and v
