Actually in the hindu editorial it said...

I must express a tragic obiter that since 1991, the new world economic order has re-colonised.. and blah blah... so in this context im unable to understand what obiter is....

Hey I am really fascinated by the gamut of resources. Would anyone like an interactive Oxford Dictionary? That might also help enhancing the vocabulary. Its a sort of a picture dictionary. So rememberance wont be a problem.
