Guess who's the darling of insurance companies these day?NRIs businessmen, doctors----?No! its back to the basics-Kids. Infact seeing the growing influence of kids in today's families, even the most orthodox companies are focusin heavily on them, with insurance companies being no exception.
1. As joint families are being replaced by nuclear failies and the assurance of a child growing up in a protected environment is purely being shared by the mother and father, insurance is becoming the third pillar to provide the much needed support in case of any contingency.
2. Insurance for children does not necessarily mean insuring a child's life it is about protecting income for the child by insuring parents.
3. LIC alone has come out with more than half -a -dozen exclusive plan for kids.
4. Buying the most suitable kid's plans is no chil's play-one should not only go through a financial helath check, but also take into consideration the inflation costr and payout benefits.
5. The kid's insurance market is said to be growing at the rate of close to 100% in the case of some companies as against 10-30% growth recorded in most other categories.

It is the suburban destinations in major metros that have witnessed real estate appreciation of 20 to 25% in the last 12months. Leading the pacck is chennai, where there hase been a 30% increase. It is followed by NCR, Bangalore and KOlkata, which has also seen phenomenal growth as more and more development is happening there and grade A developers
are moving in.
1. With the consistent growth of IT/ITES business in the subusrbs, the incentive of living close to work, has given a fillip to the suburban markets.
2. WHile considerable growth has been observed in the recent past, it is quite likely that this trend will continue.
3. India has seen a siginificantlhy high level of economic growth with increase in percapita incomes. This has partially contributed to the increase in property prices within main cities.
4. Due to relatively weak transport infrastructure and lower percapita incomes, city residents prefer residence that are cose to their work places.
5. Suburban locations in thse cities become preferred destinatins for residential development, primarily due to the better qulaity of life that these location provide.

I think it is more important to discuss and understand that basics of UDLI questions. Upstream Argument: This could be identifies as an opening statement. If you think that question statement is an opner for the argument then you should mark it as an U. one more point here to note, if your question statement is talking about earlier time or begining of something, then also you should mark this as U Downstream Argument: Once you have identified that Upstream argument, it becomes relatively easy to find downstream argument. This statement is derived from the main argument. Lateral Argument: This statement supports the main argument. a simpler way to identify this statement is to finf for some data or quote. For e.g. if in a statement, any analytical data or quotation or someone is saying something, then this argument is Lateral. It is rather relativelt easy to find which statement supports the main argument. Irrelevent: These arguments are very easy to find out. I think i should not give any explanation about these as irrelevent statements could be recognized easily.
So the key lies in recognizing the Upstream Argument
I will tryo to put some more inputs as and when i can. Now i feel we can move ahead with the problem solving.
Cheers..
