difficulty in reading comphrension

hi pagalguys

i am a newbee to CAT, recently became an MBA aspirant, as a first step of my prep for cat 2008 english, i started with reading comphrension.

soon i realised i have two problems

1. my current reading speed is about 250 words per minute

2. comphrending capacity is about 60 %.. the problem is its difficult to concentrate

can you suggest me some tips to improve them ..

i ask you guys this question because ,i want reading to be a exiciting experience rather than a frustrating experience..
