1) See the use of OEA in 3,4,5 , OEA is introduced in the next sentence, hence 3,4,5 rejected.
now we are left with option 1 and 2. Option 2 just adds a new information about where the data was published in the middle of para, lacks continuity. Option 1 very much justifies the theme of the passage, food fats, hunger fatty acids, obesity

Hence option 1

2) option 1, European bank is totally out of place. Option 3 talks about return , but there is nothing of that sort. option 5 is abrupt and out of context. Now we are left with 2 and 4. Check the usage of even better in the next statement and in statement 2, looks redundant. Hence option 2 also rejected

21.when we are saying the bending we are particularising it and it clearly supports the first half which says the hardest part.so its absolutely correct.
24.initially i also thought it to be only Srilanka instead of the Srilanka.but here the is used to mark a noun as indicating the most important.let me give another example.the music centre of the India(if we say only India then it gets wrong)
25.There's a known sentence which says one foot out the door.here out the door obviously means out of the door or through/via the door.so no need of correcting it.
P.S many a times sentences sound weird but suprisingly they are grammatically correct and vice-versa.
