According to me, here 'with' becomes redundant in E ...also, the term 'history' and 'running in family' are quite alike..

Hey,
if you forget for a moment the whole of the given sentence...n just constraint on the given lines.
1) " ...blood pressure running in their family..." and this one
2) "...history of high blood pressure ........."
3) ".....blood pressure runs in the family....."
4) ".....blood pressure running in them......."

Do you think blood pressure runs in the family or in one single body or an an individual. ???
Secondly there can be history of high blood pressure as there is history of diabetes etc... If you go through all of my 4 sentences you can see which one is more logically meant...
So we or should I say you can see that only no. 2 i.e "...history of high blood pressure ........." seems correct and hence ans B

Answer - (B)....reason- after comma , 'the warmth...' seems right usage.....
