121) E - The given mentions 'who' which is singular, but uses it to refer to criminals which is plural. Hence is wrong. A repeats the same. B has a preposition error 'of their' instead of 'in their'. C and D has tense mismatch (ordered and preparing). E seems correct.
122) A - This one's a bit controversial. The given missing an article. 'Each' seemed more correct than 'every'. and 'their' is used for collective nouns (eg: Sharma's family are placed in their tent). But here we are referring to a single alphabet. So 'its'.
123) C - Original seems to have a parallel const. error. A, B suffer from the same problem. D, E change the structure (I think from active to passive for the second part, but first the same). Hence C
124) C - The orig. sentence after 'when' modifies "civil rights...". Civil rights… is not supported by harry. It's the reverse. Modifier error. A, B repeat the same error. D, E tense error/change.
125) D - Original sentence has 'not only' so it should have 'but also' . On this regard A, B, C are wrong. E changes the tense, so wrong. D is correct.

My take:
121. E - The usage is generally "ordered.. to"
122. A - All sentences except A have
"all..a..its/all..a..them/every...a...their/each..a...their" which are
wrong.
123. C - usage of two similar phrases.
124. C - not sure
125. D - usage of "not only... but also"

My Take :
121.) E
122.) A ("Each Character" should be used to show exclusivity and since "Each Character" is singular, "Its" should be used not "Their")
123.) C (Both "Pollution of water by Landfills" and "Pollution of Air by incinerators" are parallel, no other options are parallel) 124.) C ("Black support for Democrats" is consistent with "Harry Truman's support" as mentioned in option "c") 125. D (Not only...but also is the correct idiom)
