Hey , i and cakkofonixx hv already come out with our explainations ..i think we both got the 1 st one wrong , more due to a silly mistake on our parts than nething else . Basically u need to compare the rates of entepreneurship of the two immigrant groups . so only 3 n 5 remain . 5 contains the possesive form of immigrants ...there is a small apostrophe after immigrants in the 5th opton, which i think we both didnt consider . The possesive form of the immigrants rules out option 5 n leaves option 3 as the best answer . Silly , very silly of me to hv missed that .

For explaination to the other answers u can refer our earlier posts ( mine and cakkofonix's)

look at the two sides which are getting compared in option no 5 rates of immigrants' entepreneurship( n please take note that there is an apostrophe after immigrants which makes it the possesive form of immigrants ) to those of the immigrants group ( i again stress there is no apostrophe after immigrants ) . Hence the sides that are getting compared are not parallel .

Hope u get the drift . Correct me if i am wrong .

Yeah the clauses with and withut apostrophe's doesn't look parallel but one thing that account for a bit further carelessness was...in 5
rates...exceeds which is outright wrong.
