Njoy is referring to parallelism in sentences. It means if one part of snetence has verb in one form then the other part of the sentence should also have the same form of verb in it.

For example in this sentence if you have

start (simple present) as verb... you can't have pressing ( present continous)

the verb should be in its simple form i.e press
