It would be better if you could mention the PJ nos. in which you are finding difficulty instead of ppl explaining all the PJs. It would further help if you mention why you feel that one option is better than another for that particular PJ. This way we can help each other out with the mistakes we make in arriving at a conclusion.

heres my explanation key to the 16 to 20 PJs!!1
16- the 6th statement talks about the time taken to control the crisis.if u look at the B option that too talks about "time".both r linked together and theres just one option with B as the last sentence. so 2 is the answer.
17-thres a connection between d and c as he has eliminted most of the diseased tissue and depended on the anitbiotics to take care of the infection. b and a follow as b tells wat he did and a tells us the replacement to the damaged margin
18- D is the first answer as it tells more about the crowd nd follows 1 i.e. where they streaming to.1 option does not follow as A and D do not follow.2 is not the answer as there is no indication of "this" in the preceding answer.in the last option C and D do not follow!!!so the logical answer is 3
19-this is easy as D talks about suffering due to social conditioning and B talks about the cure.A comes later as "this" sufering is the suffering mentioned in the B sentence and the since the solution to this type of suffering is not pessimissim it has to be optimism which manifests in the sentence as the smile of the buddha
20-B comes first as it poses a question which leads to all other sentences. E follows as it gives the information that answered or made it easier to answer that scientific question.E too poses a question "how much more" and is answered in D. so the answer is BEDCA
