Hi...can anybody explain why option b and not c is the answer for ques 2?. McKinsey is mentioned in the passage. So wouldn't it be an appropriate option?...The only way I see, for arriving at option C is that, the very next sentence says something about "help". Is it for this option c (since it tals about aids and loans) fits in better?....Then how come McKinsey come into picture??
