114) 3 - seems like A is the only possble start as the rest of the sentences speaks about redesign... and "it" in A is most probably "empty paper"
115) 2 - A,C and D talk about the pill. So only B seems like a possible start. Then among the remaining D is the one which introduces the pill. So A.C should follow D and only option 2 fits in.
116) 3 - C seems the only option to end.
