Exclamation Windows® Sucks! - 28-04-2005, 05:11 PM

Searched all around and wondered why dint somebody opened this thread for Windows® haters

Ask me, Windows® sucks, it shows u the seemingly lovely UI and wont let u handle the data. the best i ever liked was 98SE, since then Gates has just played with my urge to handle things myself. Dont u ever feel that the moment u leave ur PC, ur XP starts making all types of indexing to kill the resources?

Am a OSX fan, wish cud buy that now that am joining a Bschool u see it, the aquafication! & u become a lover. No registry, nothin & u r the king. Windows® got D&D idea from Mac and did its own ugly autopsy . i love that wallpapers wherein tux is sucking the Windows® tetrapac

Smile Screen of Death - 28-04-2005, 07:07 PM

Hey I hate too Windows too, but XP is somewhat bearable . The worst OS ever witnessed by the Mankind (according to me) is Windows 98 (not the Second Edition). I still see the Blue Screen of Death in my Nighmares

Have a look

I guess they had a threadie on the OS's.. bt neways that shudnt stop us from windows bashing...

The best part was Gates mentioning plans bout the next windows version... the LongHorn.. due in 2006... and mentioning... it would have ne'er experienced features like transparent windows and 64bit stuff.... well apples been already shipping... that since long in its G5 mac series...

more over ever noticed that most of the articles on the net on linux .. penguin contain windoze adverts... hahaha

Sure, and did ya see the MS Office for Mac? its full of such tranparencies guess he tested it on OSX and then came to know what can he make at Win. Waise i already got Loghorn here, hasnt installed, will do in some days.

Thing i hate in MS is that it tries to kill ur thotprocess and impose its own, making ppl think in Windoz (read crap) way. Thing i like is its shrewdness

I hope you didn't mean this:
"If u'd worked on me (you Mr. Maverick ) , u'd have known why the oldies love 98 ", just kidding

I have Dual boot on my system (98 + XP), can't do without 98. But only Second edition is ok, god save you from original 98 (remember it crashed even on the day Billu bhai launched it )

I have worked on all Operating systems, right from MS DOS to Windows Server 2003 (I have been a programmer you see).

And XP in my id means XtraPaagal , and I have been using it long before Microsoft started working on WindowsXP (they named Windows after my id ).

Righty Ho...!!! Probs thats rsn windoze crashes ever so often... cos it kills da most vital of all processes needed.. n thats ur thot process... he he ..

Macs lead the pack.. far ahead.... always the inspirer... n i guess stripped down versions of Windoze wud be far stable.. thanx to EU rulings... lets see how many more are in the offing...
