just noticed this thread.......me too had some pretty bad experiences with firstandsecond.com .....i order a book, they said that they have that in stock....3 weeks hence, i still dont receive the book and after repeated calls, they say book is outta print...i cancel my order...they dont refund back to my cc....and after 8 weeks or so they ship me that book !!!! just my personal xp

Oh Subbu, I had the same experience. Even after sending 10 mails for a refund, they did not relent. So, I blocked my credit cad. And disputed the transaction. The bank took care of getting the refund!! They sure are CROOKS!!!
