unsecured creditors
floating charge holders
preferential creditors
debenture holders

then go the shareholders?
preferential shareholders
equity shareholders

then go the promoters.

googling is not bad per se. but for this thread it is...... one can google for the answers and soak up the gyaan. but for purposes other than postin answers on this thread.
