Just a plain old Senior Member or a CAT Maharaja???

the only thing tht i'm against in this ranking system that it encourages spammers....

plz attach some weightage to the time of joining as well....it'd help ppl like me....coz even tho we dont spam....we certainly have the right to be called a senior member(IMHO and to be taken with a pinch of salt

oye guys..agree with dragon here..PG we desperately need some ranks here. cant even get n00bies to listen to me these days.

the older ones were fine, even though there was a controversy on the CAT maharaja for females, some time back.

i guess if we r not looking for the CAT logo, we can use some insane ranks

and i agree to some one saying that these ranks make peopl like me spam the forum..

one suggestion...

rather than going by the posts for MOD Ship... why dont u look at the Number of reports a person sends and useful ones at that.... and ofcourse the contribution in terms of its significance is important

and the suggestion of 1500 posts is good but are u sure it would avoid spamming on the forum...

The cleaner teh forum the better it is..... rite?

Well i still wonder why this forum is named as PAGALGUY.it does n't look professional at all & again very embrassing to be called as pagals.I can bet no one would like to visit this forum by listening to its name.
I think that mods must have named this site just to give it a funny look & now since it has got such a good reputation one cannot ever think of changing its name.
also there should be a minimum & maximum length of post to curb spamming.

me too in favour of the ranking and star system....... with preference given to the joining date as extra points me worked hard for my posts.... with a little bit of spamming thrown in between

anywayz...plz bring back the old ranking.......and life would be much much happier
