Experience is given preference in B-School selection! If I involve in startups, will that also count as experience? What will be the proof of experience then??

IIM admits tons of freshers, so does schools like NM & Welingkar (though they mention they would prefer work-ex people, it isn't so).

Working in start-up (i mean good startup which have got VC funding or which is founded by a industry veteran) can be a good credentials but then getting entry into such start-up is a difficult task unless you have some value addition for them.

Have anyone here done S P Jain's Start your Business Program?

This program has been mentioned previously on this thread but there was not much discussion.

I have found this to be very good (I missed joining last batch ;-( ).

If anyone knows more about this, please share your views.
