I don;t think this is the case always, I believe they must have good mixture of both oldies & youngster.
I have seen webpromotion of
Webchutney, it was quite good ( is PG listening

) It was clearly targeted at youth & have all the factor a youth look for ..

I believe youngster have lot of passion in them, but this can't be a diffentiation factor .... i think, if I am a client & i want to hire a agency, I would rather look at the work done by the agency earlier rather than whether it has more youngster or oldies

i always believe ideas alone don't count ... just take a look at ICL Vs. IPL ... ICL was a good idea by Zee but it was BCCI who made money with IPL
