Can be started with some amount of investment. Only what you need is clients which can happen only through contacts and a person's PR Skills...

The biggest problem with these companies is this that they dont pool in young blood, they have many oldies working out there. I dont say that oldies are not good enough, but the youngsters have got more hot stuff in them. They have got that aggressive touch and that is what i want......i manage a team of young guys...all young....the maximum age is 27....the youngest is 19....all have great management skills...their professionalism to interact with clients is at par.....but when they want to apply to any of these companies...they ask for experince........these youg guns have dedication and that fire in them....and i think this is wat wud be the difference and also i want to get into many other ways of online advertising.
These companies have not yet touched those platforms of advertising where there's lots of money and innovation required,...i am sorry i cant give more details about this....because i have found about it after my one & half years of research. but yeah...there's yet lot of water left for me to harness and produce power.....wat ya say aryan.....

I don;t think this is the case always, I believe they must have good mixture of both oldies & youngster.
I have seen webpromotion of Webchutney, it was quite good ( is PG listening ) It was clearly targeted at youth & have all the factor a youth look for ..

I believe youngster have lot of passion in them, but this can't be a diffentiation factor .... i think, if I am a client & i want to hire a agency, I would rather look at the work done by the agency earlier rather than whether it has more youngster or oldies

also i want to get into many other ways of online advertising.
if possible, elaborate this in more detail

i always believe ideas alone don't count ... just take a look at ICL Vs. IPL ... ICL was a good idea by Zee but it was BCCI who made money with IPL
