I am a grad of T.S.Chanakya (IIT-JEE intake) batch of 1999.
Worked in Shipping for 2 years.
Started my own company in 2000 (ITeS). Left shipping in 2001 to come help in the business I had funded. Started another company (diversified into the Personal Security sector) in 2003.
Executed tie-ups with MNC's and Indian blue chips for both companies.
Just 2 months ago started my 4th company (yeah the 3rd one failed, I do not have the midas touch ) which is in the Pharma Manufacture sector. This is not reflected on my HBS CV currently.
Facing problems managing my companies as their size has exceeded my limited management training (shippies generally manage a crew of 30-40 people on becomig captain). Seeking an international exposure.
Have been very proactive socially. Heading local chapter of a National NGO. Heading Local chapter of an association of ITeS companies.

Unless if you people can still make to the meet. Please at least start with that. Even 3-4 people can do it. It will grow later. Please reply soon.

I feel running your company is much beyond the normal MBA done ,even from the best of the b-schools. It will give u a sense of "New High"with each success. This is very different from the normal "high"we get on cracking the CAT( even a 99.odd)

Each failiure will cost a lot apart from the money.but will teach you the best of the winning strategies.
