Deserving Champions !!!
One small doubt - The champions trophy in October has the top three teams from India participating in it... How will the third team be decided ? Based on the number of wins in the league stages ??? Poor Chennai !!! They were atleast among the top3 teams of the IPL, and think they are a bit unfortunate if they lose out on that
Cheers ....

The third team has already been decided. It would be Delhi Daredevils as they topped the league stage.
Cricinfo - Champions League expanded from eight to 12 teams

As someone said, last time India was an underdog. Now the pressure will be on India as it is an Overdog?
India has really good balanced side if it picks the right team. Certainly has good pool of players to choose from.

Buddy, the two matches, the one with Kings XI Punjab which he 'Almost' won single handedly and the match which he indeed won single handedly (KKR i believe) were two top class knocks. Scoring 20 Odd runs in the last over while and that too on with such consistency is an amazing feat.
And i feel why the current set of commentators like this guy is that this guy is all class. No slogs even in the final over. Truly if he can maintain the consistency and if he can avoid being lazy with some of his strokes, he will be an able Rahul Dravid replacement.

Hmm
I was very much disappointed by his performances after the CB series final ... He wasn't able to match his skills ... but he has lot of time in his hand .. still under 23 years of age.
Hope he comes back with a bang like Raina .. by the way how old is raina? Isn't he under 23? He did very well for chennai this season ... has taken some brilliant catches and also lightning quick in the field .. with both the openers out of form, He holds the key for INDIA in t20 wc ..

Dude i think it is more of inconsistency in his case. Not taking anything away from him but he scored those runs when there was no other option(he being a batsman) but to score them. Those two were his only innings one will remember in this ipl(and probably his only 50 vs Bangalore). And he failed in a few matches in somewhat similar situations. He dropped a few catches too and was sloppy in the field many times.
He did take a hatrick and a few wickets but again i feel he is being over hyped because he hasn't done well in international t 20 s with his bowling.
Not that i hate him or something but its just that he has to prove himself with the bat consistently before being talked about so much.
He was mediocre with the bat in this ipl nothing more.

Not Mediocre .. scoring 360 odd runs coming in at number 5/6 that too in the T20 format where you got to hit from the word go is not mediocre I agree there is scope for improvement in consistency, but I hope he'll learn quickly and shall mature with age as a cricketer ...

Hi Puys,
During IPL 2 Live telecast on Set Max, a Background music used to play during intervals, or post match, esp. when match summary used to be shown, or scorecard used to be shown. Please identify that song/music for me and if you have share the music with me. I have even heard that music on FTV as Ramp walk-background music.
Thanks...
