Ok... lemme ask a few questions. These are all from the AIPGM quiz - we'd written some down and I got that manuscript and free time both together only today. Nice to coincide with a lull in the questions, to give the thread a boost... BTW, most of them are sitters, having been defined for an offline quiz rather than an online one.
